What the launcher provides

The Bishiki™ VisaUSD™ Launcher is published by Digital Debit® Group. It displays a branded launch panel in ChatGPT. Selecting Open VisaUSD™ opens access to VisaUSD™ Cloud Wallet in your browser. The browser destination embeds visausd.xyz.

The launcher does not read balances, retrieve recovery information, sign transactions, or execute transfers through ChatGPT. It provides no marketplace for buying or selling assets. The linked wallet is intended for user-directed peer-to-peer payments with preloaded USDC on Solana.

Your wallet actions

You choose whether to create or import a wallet, unlock it, share a payment request, open a scanned destination, or authorize a transfer. Review the recipient, asset, network, and amount before confirming. Only send to a recipient and network you intend to use. The website also contains other network or gaming features; local gaming points are separate from the USDC balance.

The launcher does not fund your wallet or convert money for you. Preload supported assets through a source you choose. Availability of the launcher, wallet interface, or a displayed balance is not a guarantee of payment acceptance, asset value, or transfer completion.

PINs, storage, and recovery

The wallet stores an encrypted vault and local records in your browser. Protect your device and PIN. A four-digit PIN is a convenience for unlocking an existing local vault, not a substitute for a secure recovery backup.

You are responsible for keeping the correct recovery phrase securely offline. Never submit recovery phrases, private keys, recovery links, or Retail/recovery codes to ChatGPT or support. These can grant wallet access. The publisher cannot reconstruct a lost phrase from your PIN.

Browser storage may be partitioned in the embedded launcher. Different browsers, private browsing, installed apps, site-data deletion, and device changes can use or remove different local records. Phrase recovery can restore wallet keys; it does not guarantee restoration of local activity, notes, settings, or gaming-credit records. Read Support before clearing storage.

Network fees and finality

Solana transactions require network fees paid in SOL, so keep enough SOL for the actions you choose. Fees, confirmation times, and network conditions can change. Other supported networks may use a different fee asset. Review any fee information shown before confirming.

Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by the launcher or publisher. A pending or failed action may require checking the network status before retrying. Do not assume that closing the page cancels a transaction already submitted to the network.

Third-party availability and links

The service depends on your browser, device permissions, network connection, WordPress.com hosting, the launch-panel host, blockchain RPC services, and other third parties. These may be unavailable or behave differently across devices. Continuous availability, uninterrupted access, and successful execution of every transaction are not promised.

Scanner media links, transaction explorers, and other external destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a recognized code does not mean its destination is endorsed or safe. Review the destination before entering information or taking action.

Use and privacy

Use the launcher and wallet only for actions you are authorized to perform and in accordance with applicable law. Do not use another person’s recovery material without authorization or attempt to interfere with the service or other users.
