Open your wallet

1. Select Open VisaUSD™ in the ChatGPT launch panel.
2. If the embedded wallet stays blank or cannot access storage or permissions, open visausd.xyz directly in your browser.
3. Use your existing wallet’s PIN or previously configured passkey to unlock it in the same browser and storage context. If you are restoring access in a new context, use your own secure recovery backup through the wallet’s import/recovery flow.

A wallet appearing empty in one browser does not prove its blockchain funds are gone. Check that you are using the intended domain, browser profile, and wallet address before creating another wallet or sending funds.

Camera access for scanning

Open the scanner and allow camera access for the site. If the camera stays off, check both the browser’s site permissions and your device’s camera permissions for that browser. Close another app using the camera, return to the scanner, and retry. Use HTTPS and a supported, updated browser.

Embedded pages may have additional permission restrictions. If scanning does not work inside the launch panel, open visausd.xyz directly. Only grant camera access when you intend to scan. The wallet scanner does not require microphone access.

Microphone access for Gaming Credits

The separate Gaming Credits audio feature is currently implemented for Android Chrome or an installed Android app/PWA based on that browser. It is separate from scanning and from USDC transfers.

Use Send, Receive, or Resume to start its audio interaction and allow microphone access when requested. If unavailable, check the browser and device microphone permissions, stop other audio sessions, and retry in a quiet place. Stop or close the feature to end listening. After receiving, it can briefly continue listening for retry acknowledgments. This feature is not promised to work in iPhone Safari or every browser.

Browser storage and a missing wallet

Direct visits, the embedded launcher, different browser profiles, private browsing, and installed apps may use separate or partitioned storage. Return to the same context where you created or imported the wallet. Private browsing and browser cleanup can discard local data.

Do not clear site data, reset the wallet, uninstall its app, or replace your browser profile as a first troubleshooting step. First keep a secure offline copy of the correct recovery phrase. The PIN alone cannot restore a deleted local vault.

When you deliberately need to clear data, use the browser’s site-data controls for the relevant site and embedded context. This can remove the encrypted wallet, local history and notes, settings, cookies, caches, and local Gaming Credits records. Recovery of wallet keys does not restore all those records. Clearing local data does not delete blockchain transactions.

Payments and pending transactions

The launcher’s intended P2P use is preloaded USDC on Solana. Confirm the recipient and network, and keep a small SOL balance available for network fees. If a transaction is pending, check its status using the wallet’s explorer link before sending again. A submitted transaction can continue after you close the page.

Keep public deposit/payment-address codes separate from secret Retail/recovery codes and recovery links. Never share a code or URL that contains recovery material. Scanning an external media code can open another website; check that destination before interacting.

Safe support information

Useful diagnostic details include the browser and operating-system versions, whether you opened the site directly or inside the launcher, the time of the issue, and an error message or screenshot with sensitive information removed.

Never submit recovery phrases, private keys, your PIN, recovery links, or Retail/recovery codes to support or ChatGPT. Public addresses and transaction IDs are visible on the blockchain but can reveal financial activity; only share them when needed and with a contact you have verified.
